Keith has worked as a lawyer in a variety of settings, having litigated civil cases as an associate at the Portland law firm of Griffin McCandlish and later as a partner in the Portland firm of Piucci & Dozier. He opened his current office in 2006 because he wanted to provide specialized legal services to a relatively small number of clients.
Depending on the issues presented by each case, Keith contracts with reputable medical and technical experts to support each client's needs. This ensures that each case is afforded the resources needed to be fully prepared for trial if a settlement cannot be reached. The most important component of this mix, however, is the individual client. Each case that Keith reviews is carefully evaluated to ensure that the client is trustworthy and that their legal claims have merit.

Keith is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, given the highest possible score for ethical conduct and professional ability.
Keith has litigated against defendants of all size and has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for injured parties. In 2008 Keith and his co-counsel achieved a unanimous jury verdict of $19 million in federal court. Regardless, Keith remains committed to helping those with cases of all sizes, large or small.
Keith has served on the Board of Governors of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and has given time and resources to various membership committees and public interest causes. He has served on the Oregon State Bar's Civil Practice & Procedure Committee and has authored two of the OSB's recent legislative update publications regarding torts and products liability law.
Since 2008 Keith has been chosen by his peers for inclusion in Oregon Super Lawyers published by the Oregonian and Portland Magazine. Only the top 5% of Oregon lawyers are awarded this honor. He has been chosen to the National Trial Lawyers "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" and has a "10.0 Superb" rating from the independent lawyer rating service Avvo.com.
Personal
Keith lives in the Portland metro area with his wife and kids. He much prefers jeans over suits and gets outdoors as much as possible to run, cycle, and fly fish. Keith grew up in a military family and spent much of his youth in South Carolina and in England where his father was stationed while in the U.S. Air Force. He feels fortunate to have a job that allows him to help others. |
