47.26.340 - Small city pavement and sidewalk account.
The small city pavement and sidewalk account is created in the state treasury. All state money allocated to the small city pavement and sidewalk account for the ongoing support of cities and towns must be deposited into the account. Money in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account must be used for small city pavement and sidewalk projects or improvements selected by the board in accordance with RCW 47.26.345, to pay principal and interest on bonds authorized for these projects or improvements, to make grants or loans in accordance with this chapter, or to pay for engineering feasibility studies selected by the board.
