A port district may
improve its lands by dredging, filling, bulk-heading, providing waterways, or
otherwise developing such lands for sale or lease for industrial and
commercial purposes. Such district may cooperate with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, or any other applicable governmental agencies or instrumentalities
in the management and development of lands acquired by the port and/or
acquired by such governmental agencies and/or acquired by the port and such
governmental agencies jointly.
