56-1030 - PENALTIES
(1) A physician who willfully or negligently
disregards the intent of the DNR identification is guilty of a misdemeanor
punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
(2) Except as provided in section 56-1027, Idaho Code, a person who
purposely disregards a DNR order or who conceals, cancels, defaces, or
obliterates the DNR identification of another without the consent of the
possessor or who falsifies or forges a revocation of the DNR identification of
another is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five
hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to
exceed six (6) months, or both.
(3) A person who falsifies or forges the DNR identification of another or
purposely conceals or withholds personal knowledge of a revocation of DNR
identification with the intent to cause the use, withholding, or withdrawal of
life-sustaining procedures is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not
to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment in the county jail for a
term not to exceed one (1) year, or both.
