(1) A foreign limited
liability company may appeal the secretary of state's cancellation of its
registration to the fourth district court, Ada county, Idaho, within thirty
(30) days after receipt of the notice of cancellation. The foreign limited
liability company appeals by petitioning the court to set aside the
cancellation and attaching to the petition copies of its application for
registration with the secretary of state's filing endorsement stamp and the
notice of cancellation from the secretary of state.
(2) The court may summarily order the secretary of state to reinstate the
registration or may take any other action the court considers appropriate.
(3) The court's final decision may be appealed as in other civil
proceedings.
