(1) A
claimant may amend a notice of claim or file a late notice of claim at any
time prior to the final date for filing notices of claim in the notice of
second round service as provided in subsection (4) of section 42-1408, Idaho
Code.
(2) A claimant may amend the name and address of a claimant at any time.
(3) A claimant may amend a notice of claim or file a late notice of claim
after the final date for filing notices of claims in the notice of second
round service for good cause shown to the district court or the director.
(4) No amendments to a notice of claim or late notices of claim shall be
allowed except as authorized in subsection (1), (2) or (3) of this section.
