| 41-1618 - APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER AS TO CERTAIN POWERS OF STATE INSURANCE MANAGER, AND TO CERTAIN PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT |
APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER AS TO CERTAIN POWERS OF STATE INSURANCE
MANAGER, AND TO CERTAIN PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT. (1) The powers granted to the state
insurance manager, under sections 72-903 and 72-913, Idaho Code, to determine
the classes of and the rates to be charged for workmen's compensation
insurance in the state insurance fund shall be subject to the provisions of
this chapter.
(2) This chapter shall not apply as to workmen's compensation insurance
written by the state insurance fund covering public employment under the
provisions of section 72-928, Idaho Code. |
