38-120 - INSTRUCTION TO EMPLOYEES OF RAILROADS
It shall be the duty of
every person operating a railroad through any forest protective district to
keep employees fully instructed as to their duties relating to the reporting,
control and prevention of forest or range fires as provided in this chapter.
