36-2212 - TRANSFER OF LICENSE
Upon application to the director of the
Idaho fish and game department and a determination being made by him that the
provisions of this act will be met and complied with by the transferee, any
shooting preserve license may be transferred to another person or to another
location upon sale of the real property concerned.
