| 33-1204 - VALIDITY, DURATION, RENEWAL AND LAPSE OF CERTIFICATES |
The state
board of education shall by rule provide for the validity, duration, renewal
and lapse of certificates.
If the holder of a certificate who has undergone a criminal history check
pursuant to district policy as provided in subsection 15. of section 33-512,
Idaho Code, is found to have been convicted of any felony crime enumerated in
section 33-1208, Idaho Code, the certificate shall be revoked or suspended as
provided in this chapter. |
