25-2724 - REGULATIONS, STANDARDS, DEFINITIONS
The director is hereby
charged with the enforcement of this act, and after due publicity and due
public hearing is empowered to promulgate and adopt such reasonable rules and
regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the full intent and
meaning of this act. The director is hereby empowered to adopt regulations
establishing definitions for commercial feeds and such other regulations as
may be necessary for the enforcement of any provision of this act.
