| 21-519 - RULES AND REGULATIONS |
The director of the Idaho transportation
department shall adopt and may, as conditions require, amend such rules and
regulations as he deems necessary to provide reasonable standards of marking,
painting, lighting, illuminating, designating and maintaining any such air
flight hazards to the end that the same will be made clearly visible to airmen
in order that maximum safety may be provided for air flight. |
