19-623 - PENALTY
Any person who shall proceed or travel through a road
block without subjecting himself to the traffic control so established shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than
$300.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months, or
by both fine and imprisonment.
