18-7012 - OPENING GATES AND DESTROYING FENCES
It shall be a misdemeanor
for any person to open and leave open any gate not belonging to such person or
rightfully under his control, or to cut, break, tear down, or otherwise
injure, any fence or wall or any obstruction used for a fence not belonging to
such person or rightfully under his control.
