| 16-1908 - FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF ESTATE |
[EFFECTIVE UNTIL ENACTMENT OF COMPACT BY 35 STATES OR JULY 1, 2004, WHICHEVER
IS LATER] The compact administrator shall take appropriate action to effect
the recovery from relevant parents or guardians of estate, at the option of
said administrator, of any and all costs expended by the state, or any of its
subdivisions, with respect to Idaho juveniles handled under said compact. |
