14-534 - STATE HISTORICAL SOCIETY USE OF PROPERTY
The director of the
state historical society may examine any tangible personal property delivered
to the state tax commission under this chapter for purposes of determining
whether such property is of sufficient historical value that it should be
preserved. If he so determines, the state tax commission may deliver such
property to the state historical society for preservation and display, until
such time as the owner shall make claim for return of such property.
