(1) The court
may require the payment to be made to the mother or to some person or
corporation designated by the court as trustee. If the child is likely to
become a public charge on a county or city, the public assistance official of
that county or city shall be designated as trustee. If the mother does not
reside within the county in which the court is located, the court shall direct
payment to be made to a trustee.
(2) The trustee shall report to the court annually or more often, as the
court may direct, the amounts received and paid over.
