7-613 - ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH AN ORDER PROVIDING VISITATION WITH A MINOR CHILD
ADDITIONAL PENALTIES FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH AN ORDER PROVIDING
VISITATION WITH A MINOR CHILD. In addition to the penalties for contempt
contained in this chapter, the court may issue an order suspending a license
for failing to comply with an order providing for visitation with a minor
child pursuant to chapter 14, title 7, Idaho Code.
