Ernest L. Chang, Esq., is an experienced Criminal Defense Trial Lawyer. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida. We represent citizens who have been accused by the Government of committing any crime either in State or Federal Courts.
Originally born in Kingston, Jamaica, Ernest L. Chang, obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Law School, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was subsequently admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in October of 1990. Having decided to relocate his family to the State of Pennsylvania, Mr. Chang successfully passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in February 2006 and has opened his new Law Firm Located in Reading, PA.
Mr. Chang has extensive trial experience having handled several thousand criminal cases since 1990. He has litigated well over a hundred jury trials, including several Capital 1st degree murder cases where the State sought the imposition of the Death Penalty.
