(a)      Each DNA record of identification characteristics that results from DNA testing shall be stored and maintained by the Crime Laboratory in the statewide DNA data base system.

      (b)      Each DNA sample shall be stored securely and maintained by the Crime Laboratory in the statewide DNA repository.

      (c)      Typing results shall be stored securely in the statewide DNA data base system.
