To carry out the objectives of this article, the following State units shall cooperate fully with the Department:

            (1)      Department of Education;

            (2)      Department of General Services;

            (3)      Department of Health and Mental Hygiene;

            (4)      Department of Human Resources;

            (5)      Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation;

            (6)      Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services; and

            (7)      Any other agency needed to accomplish these objectives.
