(a)      The Office of Tourism Development of the Department shall provide a staff to the Board.

      (b)      The Board shall use the facilities, equipment, and supplies of the Office of Tourism Development to conduct its business.

      (c)      The Director of the Office of Tourism Development of the Department shall serve as the Executive Director of the Board as part of the regular duties of the Director of the Office of Tourism Development and with no additional compensation.
