(a)      Subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the Commission shall report by December 31 of each year to the General Assembly on the activities of the Commission during the previous year.

      (b)      The report shall include a review of initiatives taken by the Commission and the Department to implement the strategic plan for economic development.
