(a)      In this subtitle the following words and phrases have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Alternative dispute resolution" includes mediation.

      (c)      "Board" means the Board of County Commissioners of St. Mary's County.

      (d)      "Commission" means the St. Mary's County Human Relations Commission.

      (e)      "County" means St. Mary's County.
