Section 7-102

      Notwithstanding §§ 1-202 through 1-204 of this article, from and after July 1, 1977, the Housing Authority of Anne Arundel County shall be composed of 7 persons. The 5 persons serving as Commissioners of the Authority on July 1, 1977 shall continue to serve until their respective terms expire and their successors have been appointed and qualified. The County Executive shall designate 2 additional persons to serve as Commissioners, 1 of whom shall be appointed for a term of 1 year and the other for a term of 2 years, from their respective dates of appointment. Thereafter their successors shall be appointed for terms of 5 years each except that vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term.
