For the purposes outlined hereinabove in § 4-101 of this title
the Commission may enter into commitments and agreements with the
National Capital Planning Commission, or whatever other appropriate
governmental agency as in the discretion of the Commission seems
necessary. The Commission also may act in conjunction and cooperation
with other representatives or officials of the United States government
or of the District of Columbia or of the State of Maryland, including
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, or with other
representatives or officials of Virginia or of Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties or of any municipality or other local subdivision
within these counties or within these states. All public officials of
the State of Maryland and of the two counties upon request shall
furnish to the Commission, within a reasonable time, available
information and data it requires for its
work.
