Section 22

      They may levy and appropriate such sums of money as they may, in their discretion, think proper for the purpose of cooperating with and assisting the work of the soil conservation districts organized in their respective counties under Title 8 of the Agriculture Article. They may make such agreements for the use of any money appropriated for any soil conservation district as they may deem advisable or necessary.
