Idaho State Statutes - Idaho Attorney Directory

"Code Commission" as used in this act shall
be deemed to mean and refer to the code commission created by this act.
"Compilation" as used in this act shall be deemed to be the compilation
known as the "Idaho Code" authorized and published pursuant to Session Laws of
1947, Chapter 224, and all pocket parts thereto and replacement or
republication of all or any part thereof and contents, and new or additional
volumes, compiled and published as in this act provided.
