| 67-5734 - PENALTIES |
(1) Any person convicted of a violation of subsection
(1), (2), or (6) of section 67-5726, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
(2) Any person convicted of a violation of subsection (3) of section
67-5726, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a felony.
(3) Any officer or employee found to have violated the provisions of
subsection (4) of section 67-5726, Idaho Code, may, by order of the
determinations officer, be suspended without pay for not more than ninety (90)
working days, have a reprimand entered in his personnel file, or both. |
