If any person, or two (2)
or more persons, act, negotiate, participate, attempt, arrange or conspire to
make or effect, or to receive or take, a transfer of any real or personal
property used for the purposes specified in section 61-327 or section 61-328[,
Idaho Code], or of any interest therein, in violation of the prohibitions
contained in section 61-327[, Idaho Code,] or of any other provision of this
act, each, any or all of such persons, upon conviction thereof, shall be
punished by imprisonment in the county jail or state penitentiary not
exceeding two (2) years or by a fine not exceeding [five thousand dollars
(]$5000[)], or by both such fine and imprisonment. |
