CERTAIN INVERTED RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL RATE STRUCTURES
PROHIBITED -- EXPIRATION. All inverted rate structures imposed on residential
electric customers which have not been formally approved by the commission
prior to July 1, 1981, are hereby prohibited effective July 1, 1982. The
prohibition provided herein shall automatically expire July 1, 1984, unless
extended by further action of the legislature. |
