(1) It shall be
the duty of the permit holder to notify the division of building safety at
least one (1) day prior to the desired inspection, Sundays and holidays
excluded, that the project is ready for inspection. If a reinspection is
required after the final inspection due to a failure to meet requirements of
this chapter, a fee not to exceed the actual cost of reinspection shall be
charged.
(2) Local governments that have adopted mechanical codes shall by
ordinance establish times within which permit holders shall notify the
authority of the desire for an inspection.
