54-3703 - LICENSE REQUIRED
It shall be unlawful for any person to
practice or to offer to practice occupational therapy, or to represent such
person to be an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant
unless such person is licensed under the provisions of this act. Only an
individual may be licensed under this act.
