INSPECTIONS OF MODULAR BUILDINGS -- WHEN AUTHORIZED -- APPROVAL
AND CERTIFICATION. Notwithstanding the exception provided in subsection (h) of
section 54-2602, Idaho Code, the administrator of the division of building
safety may make plumbing inspections of any modular building upon written
request from the manufacturer.
(1) Inspections shall be made in accordance with the codes adopted in
this chapter.
(2) Inspection fees shall be as promulgated in board rule and shall be
paid prior to the inspection.
(3) The administrator may issue inspection tags for inspections if the
buildings are in compliance with the codes adopted in this chapter.
