54-1206 - REMOVAL OF BOARD MEMBERS AND FILLING VACANCIES
The governor may
remove any member of the board for misconduct, incompetency, neglect of duty,
or for any reason prescribed in the Idaho Code for removal of state officials.
Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the unexpired
term by appointment by the governor as provided in section 54-1203, Idaho
Code.
