51-120 - NOTARY HANDBOOK
The secretary of state shall prepare a handbook
for notaries public which shall contain the provisions of this chapter and
such other information as the secretary of state shall deem proper. A copy of
the handbook shall be given to each applicant for appointment as a notary
public.
