49-1808 - STORAGE OF VEHICLE
Whenever an authorized officer removes a
vehicle from a highway, or from public or private property, he shall take, or
cause to be taken, the vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
At the time of removal, the authorized officer or employee shall record the
mileage of the vehicle.
