49-1313 - ANY INCORPORATED CITY MAY REQUIRE ACCIDENT REPORTS
Any
incorporated city may by ordinance require that the driver of a vehicle
involved in an accident also file with a designated city department a report
of an accident or a copy of any report required to be filed with the
department. All such reports shall be subject to disclosure according to
chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code.
