Special courts-martial
have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this code, other than commissioned
or warrant officers, for any offense for which they may be punished under this
code and may adjudge any of the following punishments:
(1) Reprimand;
(2) Fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100);
(3) Forfeiture of all pay and allowances;
(4) Reduction in rank of an enlisted man by not more than two (2) grades;
(5) Bad conduct discharge;
(6) Confinement in lieu of fine of not more than one hundred (100) days;
or
(7) Any combination of the above.
