| 44-503 - VIOLATION OF CHAPTER A MISDEMEANOR |
Any person, persons, company
or corporation, or any managing agent violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine of not less than [one hundred dollars (]$100[)],
or by imprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding three (3) months. |
