43-1823 - ANNUAL MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT
Each year thereafter, unless such
resolution be revoked by a later resolution duly passed and published in like
manner, the board of directors of such district shall at the regular meeting
of such board on the first Tuesday in December levy and apportion the
operation and maintenance assessments as hereinafter provided.
