After the filing of said petition
the judge of said court shall fix the time for hearing said petition by order
by him made, which order shall provide that said petition shall be published
for at least three (3) successive weeks in some newspaper or newspapers
printed and published in said county or counties in which the lands are
situated, or in case no such paper is published in said county, then in some
paper of general circulation therein; together with a notice of the time and
place when said judge shall consider said petition.
