| 41-3503 - PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS |
Premiums on surety bonds referred to in
section 41-3502, Idaho Code, shall be paid from funds appropriated or
available for the officer, department, board, agency, or institution for which
the same is procured, on claims made by the administrator of the division of
insurance management in the department of administration accompanied by the
requisition of the officer or head of the department, board, agency, or
institution, requiring any such insurance or bond. |
