| 41-205 - OFFICIAL SEAL |
(1) The director shall have an official seal, in
the form and design as so in use immediately prior to the effective date of
this code.
(2) The director shall issue under his official seal all certificates,
other than licenses of agents, brokers, adjusters, and other insurance
representatives, to be issued by him under the laws of this state. |
