40-1908 - BOND OF OUT-OF-STATE LICENSEE OR PERMITTEE
When an application
for a license or permit or for renewal is made by a nonresident or by a
foreign corporation engaged in the business of outdoor advertising, the
department in its discretion, as a condition to the issuance of a license or
permit or renewal, may require the corporation to deposit with the department
a bond in an amount and with surety to be approved by the department, to
secure the corporation's compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
