40-1628 - CERTIFICATION BY COMMISSIONERS OF ORDER APPROVING ANNEXATION

The commissioners shall file one (1) certified copy of the order for record in
the office of the county recorder of the county in which the highway district
is situated, and shall transmit a certified copy of the order to the
commissioners of the highway district of which the area is annexed.
