40-1621 - FILING OF CERTIFIED COPIES OF ORDER
The commissioners shall
cause one (1) certified copy of the order to be filed for record in the office
of the county recorder of the county in which the highway district is situate,
and shall transmit a certified copy of the order to the highway commissioners
of the highway district to which the area is annexed.
