The applicant shall
provide the director with additional information the director deems necessary
to process an application, within thirty (30) days of the director's request.
The time period within which the director must act with regard to an
application shall be stayed until the information requested is provided. If an
applicant fails to provide the information within this time period, unless a
longer time period is allowed by the director, the director may stop the
application process and require the applicant to submit a new application.
