The division
may obtain from a district court having jurisdiction, a temporary injunction
enjoining the construction of a building(s) or installation of modular
buildings on any building site upon affidavit of the division that such
building does not conform to the requirements of this chapter or to the rules
adopted pursuant to this chapter or any other chapter of Idaho Code relating
to building construction. The affidavit must set forth such violations in
detail. The injunction may be made permanent, in the discretion of the court.
