| 39-4124 - "IDAHO BUILDING CODE FUND" ESTABLISHED |
All money received by
the division under the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be paid into
the state treasury, and shall be, by the state treasurer, placed to the credit
of the general fund in an account to be known as the "Idaho building code
fund," and all such moneys, hereafter placed in said fund, are hereby set
aside and appropriated to the division to carry into effect the provisions of
this chapter. |
